Our team will provide instructions based on the service(s) you’ve selected. Comfortable/athletic clothing is recommended.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first appointment to complete any remaining paperwork.

Appointment length varies depending on the service(s) selected. Many recovery sessions take approximately 30–60 minutes when multiple services are combined.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Are your services covered by insurance?
No. K5 Rejuvenation is a self-pay wellness center and does not bill health insurance.
