THE STORY BEHIND K5

Gavin “K5” Kay is an 18-year-old athlete, born in Chesapeake, Virginia, and raised in Hampton, where he has become well known for his presence both on and off the field. Standing at 6’7, he has competed at a high level in both basketball and football, building a reputation for discipline, leadership, and consistency. As the oldest of three brothers, Gavin naturally carries a strong sense of responsibility and leads by example. He will be continuing his academic  journey at Old Dominion University, where he plans to pursue  a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while expanding his vision for K5 Rejuvenation.

Growing up in sports, Gavin developed a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands athletes face, which sparked his passion for recovery, healing, and helping others perform at their best. Deeply connected to his community he is committed to building lasting relationships and creating opportunities for those around him especially young athletes who are following a similar path. Through K5 Rejuvenation Gavin’s mission is to give back, provide access to elite recovery resources, and help the next generation stay healthy, confident, and ready to succeed.
